Phase 2 Pipeline investigations are complete!
Phase 2 of the project crosses many active and inactive pipelines. One of the challenges
to our design team is indentifying each line's owners, then arranging to bridge the pipes,
relocate them or remove them (if abandoned). Some have no owners! Photos below
show how we tested the many unknown pipelines by “hot-tapping” during April 2011.
