Phase 2 of the project,
bridging from the 4-lane LA 3235 to the completed section at Leeville, is in preliminary
engineering. Interagency meetings with the State's permitting agencies have been
successfully held, and the final alignment has been set. Right-of-Way has been identified
and partially acquired, with completion of RoW purchases pending. Construction is
unscheduled pending identification of construction funding.
